Mere words can not describe our girl Sass. She was advertised at the SPCA as a "high energy" dog and while it wasn't exactly what we were looking for, we felt a connection with her. You can't help but smile when you see her running , playing and bounding like a deer. She is full of joy. And she shares that joy with us each and every day as our canine friend, protector and member of our family.
My owners weren't too sure what to do with me at first. Sure, we loved each other, but they had no experience with an active dog like me! They were smart and got some expert advice and before you know it, I was learning to walk with them and they were helping me learn all kinds of new things. Then they put in a fence - smart move humans! Now I run and play and jump in my very own yard and sometimes even have other dog friends over. It's been over two years now and I don't think much about that shelter place anymore - I have my forever home.
