Stretch was abandoned at the Burbank Animal shelter when he was about 1 year old. When I found him, I instantly could imagine him in my life, and I wondered why such a beautiful cat was given up. I'll never know the life he led before coming into mine, but I am thankful every day when I come home and see him stretched out on the living room floor to greet me...hence his name.

Stretch would say, "I love my momma very much! But I wish she would quit typing on that computer thing and play with me!!!"
