He was in the kitty shelter medical ward with a respiratory infection. I said his name and he meowed. We waited two more days and brought him home. We had to humanely euthanize, at the vet, our other kitty. When we learned Wilson was a senior pet, we decided to perhaps save his life - since seniors are the last to get adopted. He is smart, vocal and loves drinking out of the faucet. He brought the joy back into our home. Senior pets are the best!
Dad oversleeps sometimes, so I do my job and meow him awake. I love my adoptive dad and mommy! They make me the center of attention, get me treats and were just what I was hoping for in the shelter: A home without a dog and my own territory! I couldn't ask for better humans! They groom me and take a lot of pictures, too. I know they love me as much as I love them!
