We had to put our furbaby of 12 years down due to Wobbler's disease. I was heartbroken but knew that soon I'd be ready for a new furbaby. We were researching breeds we would be interested in adopting, after we gave ourselves a short time to grieve for our Piper. One day, my husband called me at the office and asked if when I had time, could I go to a website and check out this dog he had seen that was available at our local shelter? As soon as I saw Kennedy, I was in love. I left work and adopted him immediately! I love my baby boy!
