Toby was given up by his family at 9 weeks old, just one week after they got him. They said he was "just too much." However, he couldn't be a better fit for our family. He is energetic and very personable. Since there are two kids in our family and we have friends over all the time, and we have a very large yard in the country - he can wear off all his energy!

I would hope that Toby would tell everyone that we are a loving family who treat him like part of the family, not an animal. Also, I think he would say we are the best for taking him on long strolls everyday and giving him lots of peanut butter!
