I saw Charlie's profile on Facebook posted by a rescue group. His owner moved away but tied him outside with no food and water. I drove 3 hours to meet him. Charlie was severly malnourished with worms, skin infection, and kennel cough. His eyes didn't show any hope or motivation. He didn't want to leave the shelter because it was the only place where he could get food. Now he has gained 11 pounds and is a handsome, happy, goofy, and healthy boy!
