Nanny had a rough start, but is all heart. She had a fresh surgical scar on her leg when I adopted her. Also, she was pregnant when she came to the shelter, and once her kittens had been adopted, another litter came in and she was a surrogate mommy. She continues to share the same love with me every day that I imagine she shared with both litters. She even gives me kisses when I ask! I've had her for 6 years, and she has been diagnosed with diabetes, but she's worth every cent I spend on her care!

My mom is so weird. Sometimes she talks to me with this silly sounding voice, and I can't help but think that she's completely crazy. But it's definitely endearing, so I guess I'll keep her around!
