Why Trooper is so special:

When I saw Trooper at the shelter, he was sad, shy and skinny. About a month after we brought him home, and "beagle-proofed" the place, he had learned some manners and quickly became our favorite little buddy. He has such a great personality that sometimes I think he's part human. I can't fall asleep without that guy curled up under the covers. We love him like he's our child, and we have no idea what we'd do without him. We'd definitely be bored!

If your pet could talk, what would he or she tell us about you?:

The lady I live with is pretty great, although I wish she would let me have the food that she eats instead of this dog food. She always takes me on walks and throws tennis balls for me. Even when I slip up and chew up a shoe, she can't stay mad at me for long. I love to play, but my favorite thing to do is curl up next to her on the couch with a warm blanket and get my head petted.
